Glue-Folder®
Self-Mailer Machine
The Glue-Folder®, an
offline self-mailer device that accepts plain paper stock,
applies glue, and then folds and perforates the paper to form a
mailable document.
The Glue-Folder® folds, glues, and
perforates a plain sheet of paper from a variety of sources,
including laser printers, to form self-mailers. Used as an
in-plate spot gluing system, the Glue-Folder® replaces
tabbing as a means of sealing standard mail. When the gluing
system is not activated, the Glue-Folder® can
perform all functions of a normal two-plate folder.
The Glue-Folder® can
process up to 17,000 sheets per hour. Among its features is a
programmable microprocessor that controls machine operation from
a single panel. Other features include electronic double sheet
detectors and jam detectors to protect your valuable sheets. The
gluing process is under a pressurized system.
Accessories include a Pocket Option, a Third-Perf Unit, a
Z-Fold Option and a Compression Unit.
In addition to direct mail applications, the Glue-Folder® system is ideal for
processing checks, tax documents, announcements and many other
single-page business communications.
